5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. CTBS112 is not liable for delays caused by couriers or external circumstances.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, not tumble dried and in original condition(Packaging).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. PRODUCT USE & CARE

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with the garment. Improper use or washing may result in damage for which CTBS112 is not responsible.

Our apparel is manufactured using a variety of fabrics, dyes, inks, and materials, including but not limited to cotton and synthetic blends.
